Admin: Content Type
By using a variety of different content types you can vary the learning journey and keep learners engaged while exploring your academy's full potential. As you’ll see in this section, the content types share these features in common:
Title - this is how the learning will appear to the user.
Description - shows up under the title and is perfect for offering a brief introduction to what the Learning will cover, and what you should aim to take away from the learning. This is your chance to convey the ‘what’s in it for me’ to your learners.
Keywords - This is how your learners will find it in the library. In between each word add a comma and try to think of variations learners might enter, you want to make your training as accessible as possible.
Content groups - This determines who can see the learning. If learning is set as “Open Access” everyone will be able to see it. If you put it into specific content groups then visibility will be restricted to the people that sit inside those content groups
