Assessments
Assessments
Assessments enable you to automatically push learning content based on individual answers or the overall score. This makes them especially useful at the outset of a training program, when you may want to carry out a training needs analysis and discover the strengths and weaknesses of your learners.
Additionally, learners may receive XP and badges simply for filling in all answers, irrespective of their number of correct answers. This is an easy win for new learners and a great way of encouraging them to engage with the platform. Once they see their name and profile pic up in lights on the leaderboard, they’ll be twice as eager to return for more!
Assessment Key Features
Automated marking
Various question types
Ability to push content based on response
Ability to push content based on score
Ability to quiz learners without preventing progression
Pro Tip: Successful completion doesn’t depend on getting all of the answers right! Remember that the purpose of an assessment is to identify the knowledge gaps, so a low percentage score isn’t a bad result.
