Bulk Upload

We recommend doing this if there are more than ten new learners per month, otherwise manually is fine.

You can export a bulk upload template from the bulk upload tab in the admin section of the platform. You can also export a full list of your learners from the learners tab so you can edit profiles as a batch rather than going into each individual learner account. This is perfect for assigning hierarchies.

The bulk upload will work off the user's unique academy ID/Usernames, everything else will be edited around this.

If you have the academy integrated with your HR system then the import script will keep your learners up to date. If this is something that interests you, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
