Dashboard - Best Practices
As you well know, the dashboard is the page that your learners are viewing the most because, well, it is the landing page, as well as serves as the navigation page to other features within the platform.
Hence, we encourage you to ensure that the dashboard communicates the right messages to your learners.
Here are is a collection of some best practices from us to you!
Banners
Banners are a great way to demonstrate overall platform purpose and epic meaning.

Promotional Widgets
Promotional widgets are a great way to promote various learning events, courses, or clubs. The links within the promotional widgets can be links within the academy i.e. into clubs, or into your internal sites.

You can mix and match the promotional widgets with ‘standard elements’ such as Trophy cabinet, What’s happening Wall and Leaderboard to mix up the gamification, social and promotional elements:
You can upload GIFs into the promotional widgets to the ‘animate’ platform. For example, here is how you could notify of something old vs. new
There you have it!
