eLearning

Hosted in the content section of the Admin Dashboard, videos and eLearning are created in a very similar fashion but have a few key differences in setup. They can both be files up to 400mb. 

The Admin area for videos and eLearning is split into sections. These are separate from the front-end library categories, though you can mirror the categories if you want your content to sit in the same fashion. You can also set this up to be a more functional view, like dividing eLearning and videos or splitting it into different topics.

Video

Videos must be MP4 files to be uploaded to the site. When setting up a video you can insert a minimum watch time for learners to have to meet before the video will be marked as complete. The platform can also have a pass percentage set. This is the percentage the Learner will have to get to achieve a badge.

 eLearning

 eLearning must be SCORM 1.2 compliant in order to integrate with the platform. While the file will have an in-built completion trigger wherever the piece of eLearning has been designed to be considered complete, the platform can also have a pass percentage set. This is the percentage the Learner will have to reach to earn a badge.

Pro Tip: On eLearning set the badge percentage higher than the pass percentage to not only reward your top learners but also increase rewatch value which will help increase knowledge retention and drive the intended behavior change.
