To customise emails, you will need to go to Settings, and select Email Templates.
Here you can choose how your emails will be worded and use special input values, such as date and name. The platform comes equipped with a simple text builder, you are able to use HTML to directly input the code and make entirely bespoke emails.

There are standard emails set up for when an email needs to be sent to any Learner on the platform. The wording can be amended and on the far right of the screen, you will see the hashtag fields available to be input into that email. For example, #FIRST_NAME#, #LOGIN_LINK#, #USERNAME# etc. The only fields available will be listed on the email template for when the information needs to be variable.
You can also disable any emails you do not wish to be used.
