FAQs

FAQs are stored in a separate section within the library. It should be populated with questions that are routinely asked, either about content, platform navigation, or general company inquiries. The FAQ’s can be organised into categories depending on their topic area so that learners can easily find answers on the area they’re looking for.

A reference area for common questions

• This area is universal so ALL users will see them

• Be careful and responsible

An area that learners should visit first when they have questions. If you have decided to draft a welcome document in the early levels it would be worth pointing users to this area.
