The Profile Page is the Learners space to tell the world a bit about themselves. We can choose what contact details are displayed, i.e. email, telephone, address.
The Learner can upload a Profile Picture and fill their Profile Page with information about themselves, including experience, education and hobbies. View it as a mini CV they can use to promote themselves to anyone with visibility of them within the four-tier hierarchy.
Admins can also build out the Talent Tracker functions that allow the Learner to record qualifications, certificates and skills. Admins can also build in custom questions that the learner can provide answers to e.g. are you willing to relocate? The Talent Tracker also includes skill reporting to helping your Admins and Managers unlock the true potential of their Learners and seek out potential candidates for promotion within the business.
