With reviews, managers can carry out regular reviews of their team members and report on their progress whilst also eliciting feedback on any subject of their choosing. (Want to follow up on a training event? This is the place.)

Our Reviews functionality boasts a wealth of functions, all derived from the one form template. It’s your starting point whether you want to capture data, carry out an opinion poll or distribute an appraisal. It’s even possible to add questions that have no ‘correct answer, i.e. qualitative questions. Our reviews have been built for maximum intuitiveness, so you need to do no more than just add your questions and configure a handful of options – it really is that simple.

(Please note, however, that no badges are available upon completion of a review – only XP.)
