The What’s Happening Wall is where users can keep up with what their colleagues are up to on the platform as well as cheering them on! It will be a mix of automatic posts i.e. “Peter Parker has completed ‘How to Manage Responsibility’ eLearning”. As well as learner-generated posts such as “Hey everyone, I was at the Trade Show today and learnt…..”. They can attach files, pictures and videos.
We can set your learners visibility to any level of your four-tier hierarchy, so the platform can be as open or team-specific as you would like.
*Admin tip: Praise Badges are platform-wide so everyone can see how well your learners are doing, but it’s worth designing them with this in mind.
Learners can comment and like posts. You’ll see mini conversations break out as your learners congratulate and share their knowledge. If a post gains traction it can be weighted so it stays near the top of the feed for longer. An Admin can always ‘Pin’ a post to the top of the feed and it will stay there until it is unpinned.
